Scott Gulinson, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., was raised in Denver, Colorado and received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Washington University in St Louis, Missouri. He completed a Medical Doctorate degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver Colorado and then completed Residency and was named Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Gulinson is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is married with two daughters and a son.

Prices above include all fees: surgicenter, all equiptment, anesthesiologist, surgeon, assistant if needed, preop visit and post op visits. It does not include prescription meds or any preop lab tests. We do not charge a fee for consultation. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Financing is available through Capital One Healthcare. All fees must be paid prior to surgery and $1000 down (deposit) at the time surgery is booked.

About Our Facility

Union Hills Surgicenter is a fully accredited, JCAHO approved surgical facility with 4 general operating rooms, 8 preop holding beds and an 8 bed postanesthesia care unit fully staffed with several RNs. This is an out patient facility with a large comfortable waiting room and covered area for patient drop off and pick up at the entrance. The surgicenter is located in the building just beside our main office in Glendale, Arizona.
